Did You Know that Customers Can Update Subscription Price Tier Information in OttoSerials?

Libraries can update their own FTE (full-time equivalent) information using the E-Resources Profile in OttoSerials, HARRASSOWITZ’s online system for managing subscriptions and standing orders. From the main menu, choose “HARRASSOWITZ Account Information” and then “Create/Modify” the E-Resources Profile.

More and more publishers base their pricing on FTE, so up-to-date FTE counts are essential to ensure accurate pricing and uninterrupted access.  Customers who prefer not to update their profile themselves can contact service@harrassowitz.de or their Regional Sales Manager with the necessary information.
