The Journal of Electronic Publishing. Contains numerous articles about electronic journals. Vol. 3, No. 1 is devoted to electronic journals. A fair number of articles in JEP are reprints of articles that have appeared elsewhere.

Ariadne: the Web Version. Newsletter published by eLib, the Electronic Libraries Programme in the UK. Bimonthly since January 1996. Aimed at working librarians in academic libraries.

Issues in Science and Technology Librarianship frequently contains articles on electronic journals.

The Serials Librarian. New York, Haworth Press. This paper journal often contains articles about the management and impact of electronic journals.

Journal of Digital Information publishes "papers on the management, presentation and uses of information in digital environments," often fairly technical in nature.

Learned Publishing. The Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers. Representing the publishers' point of view, this journal includes many articles about electronic journal issues.

Perspectives in Electronic Publishing. An experimental journal that collects current papers on electronic publishing, with extended linking capabilities (beyond reference linking). It tries to break the mold of conventional paper publishing.
