New England Journal of Medicine Makes Complete Archive Available Online:

The New England Journal of Medicine is now accepting orders for online access to its entire collection of articles, going back to 1812, through the NEJM Archive at NEJM.org.

Available this summer, the NEJM Archive is offered to institutions as a one-time purchase for ongoing access plus an annual maintenance fee. The annual maintenance fee is waived for current site license subscribers to NEJM. A separate license for the Archive is required.

The NEJM Archive is available in two sections:

1812 – 1944: Full content from January 1812 – December 1944 is presented as searchable PDFs.

1945 – 1989: Articles from January 1945 – December 1989 are presented as PDFs or full-text HTML including graphics.

The entire Archive can be searched by medical specialty, topic and/or article type.
