Karger eBooks Collection for Academic Customers:
The Karger book series titles are now available online as Karger eBook Collection.
The Karger book series present a compact and coherent programme providing customers with a package of high quality biomedical publications. Similar to the Karger journals in terms of content, the approximately 40 eBook series cover all fields of biomedical science, ranging from “Advances in Cardiology” to “World Review of Nutrition and Dietetics”. Each volume offers a self-contained scientific treatise on a current topic in a specific area. Please check the titles published for 2006 and 2007.
The Karger eBooks Collection comprises all series titles published in a copyright year (October-September). The yearly price and a guaranteed minimum number of titles to be published are defined before a new copyright year begins.
Karger eBooks Collection introductory offer 2008
Introductory price for a guaranteed minimum of 30 titles to be published from October 2007 to September 2008: USD 3600.00 (instead of USD 5400.00)
Special package price for the eBooks collections 2006 – 2008: The eBooks collections 2006 (31 titles), 2007 (35 titles) and 2008 (minimum of 30 titles) are available now at a special rate of USD 6300.00.
The above prices are for customers in North America only. Customers from other areas, please ask for a quote.

- Unlimited simultaneous access
- Access to the purchased content is guaranteed for a minimum of 20 years
- Access via IP range or User ID and password
- Newly implemented Google search tool for Karger complete contents
- eBooks and eJournals accessible on the same platform
- MARC records for an easy integration into the library catalogue
- COUNTER compliant statistics available
- Customers are requested to sign a site license
It is possible to extend licensed access to additional sites (different physical location) for a surcharge of 10%.
Back volumes offers (from 1997 onwards) and online upgrade offers to existing print subscriptions are available upon specific request.
