The Electrochemical Society (ECS) introduces tier pricing in 2009:

The Electrochemical Society (ECS) has introduced tier pricing for its 2009 print-plus-online and online-only journal subscriptions. The ECS price tiers are derived from Carnegie classifications for US libraries, from JISC bands for JISC libraries, and from FTE counts for all others.

The Electrochemical Society (ECS) publishes the following titles:

Journal of the Electrochemical Society
Electrochemical and Solid-State Letters
ECS Transactions
Meeting Abstracts
The Electrochemical Society Interface
