 *Guidelines for applying postage charges for returns:
  1. For returns involving all items billed on one invoice, return invoice with material and full credit for the total amount of the invoice will be allowed, including postage.
  2. For returns due to library ordering error, involving one or part of the items billed on one invoice, no credit for the postage charge is allowed.
  3. For returns due to HARRASSOWITZ error, involving one or part of the items billed on one invoice, credit is allowed for total return postage.
