Renewal season has arrived!To expedite the renewal process, HARRASSOWITZ periodicals customers will soon receive by e-mail a renewal list in the form of a spreadsheet of all their current subscriptions with HARRASSOWITZ. The subject line of the e-mail will be "HARRASSOWITZ Renewal List – please read." In order for us to comply with publishers' renewal and cancellation deadlines, we ask that you annotate the spreadsheet with any changes and cancellations and return it to us by e-mail before September 1. Alternatively you may send us your renewal instructions in a separate e-mail message to service@harrassowitz.de. If you receive a spreadsheet and you are not the correct renewal contact person, please forward the message to the correct person. You will not receive this spreadsheet if your library does not have an OttoSerials account, if your library recently received a scheduled POOL report for renewals, or if your library received an early estimated renewal invoice. If you do not receive a renewal list and would like one, please contact service@harrassowitz.de. If we do not receive any renewal instructions by September 1, we will assume that there should be no changes or cancellations. If cancellations are received after your subscriptions have been renewed, we will only provide refunds if we receive a refund from the publisher in turn, minus any service charges already billed. Please remember to inform us of any new, changed or cancelled e-package deals, including those handled through a consortium. Any updates should be emailed to service@harrassowitz.de.
